Dedication of the Garden of Remembrance

Town Mayor Barbara Scruton took part in this morning's dedication of the Garden of Remembrance at Epping War Memorial.

Also at the dedication of the Garden of Remembrance were Epping Forest District Council chairman Tony Boyce, Epping deputy mayor Michael Wright and representatives of the Epping and District branch of the Royal British Legion.

The dedication was followed by an Act of Remembrance at the war graves in Epping Cemetery where wreaths were laid by Mr Boyce, Mrs Scruton and Kevin Toole, president of the Epping and District branch of the Royal British Legion.
